Niklas is a designer, engineer and researcher interested in the overlap between robotics, materials and new design and prototyping tools. With a background in mechanical engineering and industrial design, he is currently a researcher between the department of Architecture and CSAIL at MIT in Boston. Previously, he has worked in Basel, London and Amsterdam, building driverless boats, interactive installations and educational products.
