Kaleidoscope camera-rig
A mechatronic rig for creating "in-camera" special effects (working with Almost Everything, 2013).
Design and build of a giant rotating kaleidoscope for a Channel 4 Random Acts music video, directed by Jeremy Cole. I worked on the mechanical actuation mechanisms, programming and electronics controlling the opening and closing of three actuated rotating mirrors.

[2-5] The rig on set with the camera located in the centre between the three rotating mirrors, testing the linear actuators in the workshop.
